May 14, 2012 – Ben was one of the medal bearers in the 25th Anniversary of the Rick Hansen “Man In Motion” tour which saw 7000 ‘Difference Makers’ retrace the Canadian leg of the tour. The original medal that is passed to the participants is seen around his neck

Poppa Hagkull and Ben with the Man In Motion himself. In his talk to Chilliwack Rotarians, Rick referred to Ben as a ‘Difference Maker” in our community. A very proud day to be a daddy!

As performers in the Opening Ceremonies for the 2010 Paralympics, our boys met up with some of Canada’s athletes. Here they are with Jean Lebonte – our country’s flagbearer!

How many people can say they got to play a game of Wheelchair Hockey with the world’s most famous clown?

Here we are with the Mazerolles backstage with our favorite CLEAN stand-up comedian, Brian Regan. Ben told him that he wanted to be the world’s first “sit-down” comedian and Brian thought that was pretty funny.
